Under conditions of high temperature and pressure, the raw materials undergo melting and plasticization before being extruded through a die to form a continuous SPC flooring substrate. This step is critical to the flooring's strength and stability; therefore, the temperature and pressure parameters of the extruder must be strictly controlled. Following extrusion, the flooring substrate undergoes a cooling and shaping process to ensure dimensional stability and precise geometry.
